Wedding Planner
To ensure that your Special Day is precisely how you want it to be we will appoint a Wedding Planner to be your own contact. They will be on hand to guide you through the arrangements and personally look after all the tiny details that mean so much.
Six to eight prior to your special day, we will contact you to invite you into the hotel to plan your day hour by hour. We will discuss your itinerary in depth, noting your special requests and dietary needs. We will then send you a detailed copy for you to check so that you are confident that we have understood your requirements. The week before your wedding, we ask for a copy of your table plan so that we can dress the room to your requirements noting any special diets or childrens menus.
From agreeing your room layout through to arranging a personal menu tasting with our fantastic chef, your Wedding Planner will be there to help.
